It is very important to stay motivated when you are trying to lose weight. Setting goals and getting excited about them is something you need to do. One of the most critical of these goals is to find ways to make working out enjoyable and interesting. Turn exercise into a reward, not a punishment.
I do both of these exercises. Torso twist are great and can be done with or without weights, standing up or in a reclined position (as the pic shows).
This workout is KILLER. You won’t feel it until the next 1 or 2 days. Also because you don’t use weights no box shaped torso here! I love Tiffany Rothe Workouts!
